本アプリは以下のデータを収集・保存します： • ワークアウト記録（種目名、重量、回数、セット数、時間） • アプリ設定（テーマ、言語、通知設定） • サブスクリプション購入情報 • タイマープリセット設定 • カスタム種目データ
すべてのデータはお使いの端末内（AsyncStorage）にのみ保存されます。外部サーバーへのデータ送信は一切行いません。
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人データを第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
Pro版の購入（月額サブスクリプションおよび買い切りプラン）は、Apple App Store またはGoogle Play Store を通じて処理されます。決済情報は各ストアによって管理され、本アプリが直接取得することはありません。
アプリ内の「設定」>「すべてのデータを削除」からいつでもすべてのデータを削除できます。また、アプリをアンインストールすることですべてのデータが削除されます。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本プライバシーポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。変更があった場合はアプリ内で通知します。

The App collects and stores the following data: • Workout records (exercise names, weight, reps, sets, duration) • App settings (theme, language, notification preferences) • Subscription purchase information • Timer preset settings • Custom exercise data
All data is stored exclusively on your device (AsyncStorage). No data is transmitted to external servers.
The App does not share or sell your personal data to any third parties.
Pro purchases (monthly subscriptions and lifetime plans) are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment information is managed by the respective store and is not directly accessed by the App.
You can delete all your data at any time from Settings > Delete All Data. Uninstalling the App will also delete all data.
The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.
This Privacy Policy may be updated without prior notice. Changes will be notified within the App.
